Texas State University will host two dynamic, interactive art experiences March 27-28 led by internationally acclaimed Italian artist duo Segni Mossi.

Segni Mossi is composed of Alessandro Lumare and Simona Lobefaro.

The first event, Pink Training, is an immersive two-day workshop exploring the relationship between movement, drawing, perception and collective creation. Blending performance and visual art, Segni Mossi invites participants to think with their bodies as much as their minds.

Through a series of energetic, guided activities, attendees will experiment with full-body mark-making, balance and instability, and spontaneous response to the unexpected. The workshop encourages both individual exploration and collaborative discovery, transforming material and space into tools for shared expression. Pink Training is designed for educators, artists, performers, therapists, researchers and anyone curious about collaborative, process-based learning.

Pink Training will be held in the Jowers Center, Studio B175 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Friday, March 27 (part 1) and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, March 28 (part 2). Segni Mossi will also present Al Cubo, an interactive public performance open to children and adults alike. Appearing almost like a mysterious object dropped into everyday life, Al Cubo has no fixed script or predetermined meaning. Instead, its purpose unfolds through curiosity and play, shaped by how each participant chooses to engage.

Al Cubo will be held at the Taylor-Murphy Building on the Quad 5:30-7 p.m. Friday, March 27. Both events are free and open to the public. Pre-registration is required for Pink Training.
