Bobcats share their views on how to have a healthy perspective on the new year.

At the start of every year, we stand at the edge of possibility, armed with promises to ourselves. We make resolutions—bold, hopeful, and fragile—that aren’t just goals; they’re personal challenges, daring us to believe in who we might become.

It’s tempting, even satisfying, to get caught up in our resolutions. But there’s more to the new year than self-improvement. We asked five people across the Texas State community for their takes on New Years and advice on how to approach the dawn of 2025.
