Presidential Meet and Greets with Dr. Kelly Damphousse and Texas State Students, Faculty and Staff

Dr. Kelly Damphousse will take office as the 10th President of Texas State University on July 1, 2022. Students, faculty and staff on the San Marcos and Round Rock Campuses are invited to two Meet and Greet events with Dr. Damphousse and his wife Beth Damphousse. Guests are encouraged to wear maroon and gold Bobcat gear at the casual, come-and-go events.
San Marcos Campus
On Friday, July 1, 2022, from 8 to 9 am, meet Kelly and Beth Damphousse under the arch of the Denise M. Trauth and John L. Huffman Undergraduate Academic Center, formerly known as the Undergraduate Academic Center (UAC). Doughnuts will be served
Round Rock Campus
On Tuesday, July 5, 2022, from 1 to 2 pm, meet Kelly and Beth Damphousse in the Avery Building’s second floor lobby on the Round Rock Campus. Desserts will be served.
Additional events will be announced for Dr. Damphousse to engage with alumni, external partners, community leaders, and friends of Texas State.

Guests at the Meet and Greets will have the opportunity to share their recommendations for the Damphousse family’s TXST and SMTX Bucket List of must-do experiences in their first year as members of the Bobcat family. All Bobcats, alumni, university partners and friends of Texas State are welcome to submit recommendations or share a welcome message for Dr. Damphousse online.
