Meadows Center hosts 'Merry at The Meadows' holiday boat tours

SAN MARCOS – Beginning Nov. 21, The Meadows Center for Water and the Environment at Texas State University will host a series of Merry at Meadows holiday glass-bottom boat tours. Guests will enjoy the lights and sounds of the season on a 45-minute holiday themed tour at Spring Lake.
"Our Merry at Meadows tour provides families with a beautiful and scenic excursion to celebrate both the holiday season and the one-of-a-kind Spring Lake," Education Manager Sonja Mlenar said.
The holiday sunset tours begin at 5 p.m. and will be accompanied by a display of festive lights setup throughout The Meadows Center. To further enhance the holiday spirit, guests will be provided with a hot seasonal beverage and cookies.
Merry at Meadows tours will run through Dec. 22. Registration is required. Tickets are $14 per person. Children under three ride free. To register, visit https://www.meadowscenter.txstate.edu/Education/MerryMeadows.html.
