Free COVID-19 Testing at Round Rock Campus

Dr. Emilio Carranco, Texas State University Chief Medical Officer, Director, Student Health Center | November 6, 2020

Dear Round Rock Campus Faculty, Staff and Students,

Texas State University has partnered with the Texas Division of Emergency Management to bring free COVID-19 testing to the Round Rock campus.  The PCR test is collected with an oral swab and results are provided in about 48 hours.  All Texas State faculty, staff, and students are eligible for the testing, but it is not recommended for those who have had a positive COVID-19 test within the last 90 days.

The free COVID-19 testing will be available at the Student Health Center in suite 116 of the St. David’s School of Nursing Building. You may pre-register for testing at COVID-19 Testing or register onsite. The testing is fast, easy and painless.  Please bring your Texas State University ID to the testing site.  For more information about this free testing, contact the Student Health Center at 512-245-2161.

LET’S STOP COVID-19—GET THE TEST!

Sincerely,

Dr. Emilio Carranco
