In Brief: 'Rock the Concho' to raise funds for Greater San Marcos Youth Council

SAN MARCOS – The Sterry Hall Council at Texas State University will hold an event to raise funds for the Greater San Marcos Youth Council on Thursday, March 1.
The event, called “Rock the Concho,” will take place on the Concho Mall, the green space separating Sterry and Lantana residence halls. The event will run from 6-10 p.m.
There will be vendors, musicians, food provided by Louisana Pacific, and artists from Texas State’s National Art Education Association at the event, which is open to the public.
The event is sponsored by the Residence Hall Association and the Department of Housing and Residential Life.
