Kelechukwu Isibor, an economics major at Texas State University, has been named an Oxfam America CHANGE Agent.

Oxfam is a Boston, Massachusetts-based international relief and development organization working to end the injustice of poverty.

The CHANGE Initiative is a competitive leadership and organizing program that trains college students to become active leaders on campus while promoting Oxfam's social justice mission. CHANGE develops capable and confident young leaders who are informed and active voices for positive social change. Past CHANGE leaders have gone on to work for members of Congress, start their own nonprofit organizations and pursue social justice careers worldwide.

As part of her preparation for Oxfam, Isibor joined other students for a week of intense leadership training that prepared them to become community advocates and conduct effective outreach on Oxfam issues. She will also work with other students and campus staff to host Oxfam engagements and build a network of relationships on behalf of Oxfam.
