IN BRIEF: Kraemer named Texas Speech Communication Association Educator of Year

Wayne Kraemer, a senior lecturer and director of the LBJ Debate Society and Elton Abernathy Forensics Society at Texas State University, has been named Four Year College and University Educator of the Year by the Texas Speech Communication Association (TSCA).
The award was presented earlier this month during the 89th TSCA Convention in Lubbock.
Kraemer has previously received national recognition as educator of the year from Pi Kappa Delta national forensics honorary and the Cross Examination Debate Association. He has also been named educator of the year by the Texas Intercollegiate Forensics Association and has been an Alpha Chi favorite teacher at Texas State.
TSCA is the largest state professional communication association in the nation with membership including communication educators, students and consultants. All levels of instruction and areas of interests are represented in the association.
