Panel discussion considers intersection of religion, American politics

A panel discussion titled “Religion and American Politics: What Do We Need to Know” will be held 5-6:15 p.m. Monday, Oct. 29, in Flowers Hall room 341 at Texas State University.
The panel is sponsored by the NEH Distinguished Teaching Professorship in the College of Liberal Arts. The professorship is held by Rebecca Raphael, professor of philosophy.
In addition to Raphael, panelists will include Ronald Johnson (history), Ivan Marquez (philosophy) and Richard Warms (anthropology).
The discussion is free and open to the public.
