Author Amelia Gray to give reading at Katherine Anne Porter House

Amelia Gray, author of the story collections AM/PM and Museum of the Weird, will hold a reading and book signing 7:30 p.m. April 27 at the Katherine Anne Porter House in Kyle. The event is free and open to the public.
Gray won the Ronald Sukenick/American Book Review Innovative Fiction Prize for her story collection, Museum of the Weird. In March, Farrar, Strauss and Giroux published her first novel, Threats.
Gray is a graduate of Texas State’s MFA program in creative writing.
The event is cosponsored by the Burdine Johnson Foundation, the Terese Kayser Literary Series and the Texas State University Department of English. Books will be available during and after the event through Barnes and Noble.
