Ed Miller headlines Supple Folk Music Series

Texas State University-San Marcos will host folk singer Ed Miller on March 26 at 7 p.m. at the San Marcos Senior Center located at 222 W. San Antonio St.
Miller, a native of Edinburgh, Scotland, is a product of the folk revival in Scotland, which took place in the 1960s.
He moved to Austin in 1968, where he enrolled at the University of Texas. Miller eventually obtained Master of Arts degrees in Geography and Folklore.
In addition to his singing career, Miller is the host of a folk music program on Austin’s NPR station, KUT-FM.
This program is sponsored by CenturyTel the University Encore Performing Arts Series which is organized by the College of Fine Arts and Communication.
