Absurdist ‘House of Several Stories’ plays at Blue Theatre

The Department of Theatre and Dance at Texas State University-San Marcos, in conjunction with the Search Party, presents John Boulanger’s House of Several Stories Oct. 1-4.A

Directed by Jeremy Torres, performances will be Oct. 1-4 at 7:30 p.m. at the Blue Theater in Austin, located at 916 Springdale Road two miles east of Interstate 35.

House of Several Stories is an absurdist comedy about a dysfunctional family and their unusual Thanksgiving guests. The production explores how stories help people fill voids in their lives left by death, loss and dysfunction.

Admission is $15 for the general public and $10 for students with a Texas State ID. Tickets can be purchased at the Blue Theater box office and available by phone at (512) 796-3429.
