Zenon Dance brings 25th Anniversary Show to Texas State

The acclaimed Zenon Dance Company brings its 25th anniversary celebration to Texas State University-San Marcos for a Friday, April 4, performance as part of the University Performing Arts Encore Series.
The show will begin at 7:30 p.m. in Evans Auditorium on campus.
Zenon’s performance will include new works as well as a Best of Zenon Dance Company retrospective. Since its first performance in 1983, Zenon has grown to be one of the nation's premiere repertory dance companies. Working with trendsetting choreographers from Minnesota to New York, Zenon’s eclectic blend of modern and jazz dance has thrilled its audiences locally, nationally and internationally for 25 years. Zenon’s choreographers and performers have earned rave reviews from the New York Times, Village Voice, Dance Magazine, Minneapolis Star Tribune, St. Paul Pioneer Press and City Pages.
Advance ticket may be purchased on line here. General admission tickets are $15 and $5 for Texas State students. The Evans Box Office will open for ticket sales 6:30 p.m. the night of the performance. For additional information, contact the Events Coordinator at (512) 245-3501.
