Staff Council hosts barbecue fundraiser to benefit scholarship fund

The Staff Council at Texas State University-San Marcos will hold a barbecue fundraiser at Bobcat Stadium on Friday, March 28.

Barbecue plates to go will be served to drive-through lines from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on the east side of Bobcat Stadium at the bus stop pavilion.  Plates cost $5 each, with barbecue supplied by Fuschak’s Pit Barbecue of San Marcos. Plates will consist of brisket and sausage, beans, potato salad and all the trimmings.

All proceeds will go to support the Texas State Staff Council scholarship fund. For more information, contact any of the Staff Council members or Miguel Hernandez at mh22@txstate.edu.
