Sleepless in San Marcos
SAN MARCOS—The Sleep Lab at Texas State University-San Marcos is hosting “Sleepless in San Marcos,” a public information forum on sleeping difficulty, 7-8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17.
The forum will be held in Room 231 in the Health Science Center on campus. Free parking for the event is provided adjacent to the Health Science Center in the parking garage. Handicap access is available.
Physicians will be present to discuss sleep disorders, with an opportunity for questions you might have concerning this problem. If untreated, sleep disorders can produce multiple health related problems--many of which can be resolved when restorative sleep is made possible through treatment.
The forum is free and open to the general public. Anyone suffering from sleep-related difficulties including morning headaches, snoring, difficulty staying focused at school or work as well as difficulty sleeping through the night are encouraged to attend.
For additional information, contact the Texas State Sleep Lab at (512) 245-9056.
