Charles D’Ambrosio to hold reading, signing at Wittliff, KAP Center

Author Charles D’Ambrosio will hold readings and book signings at Texas State University’s Wittliff Collections on Thursday, November 17 and at the Katherine Ann Porter Literary Center on Friday, November 18.

The Wittliff signing will be at 3:30 p.m. on the seventh floor of the Alkek Library. The KAP Literary Center signing will be at 7:30 p.m. in Kyle.

D’Ambrosio is the author of two books of fiction, The Point and Other Stories and The Dead Fish Museum, which were finalists for the PEN/Hemingway award and the PEN/Faulkner award, respectively. He has also written two collections of essays, Orphans and Loitering: New & Collected Essays. His work has appeared in The New Yorker, The Paris Review, Zoetrope All-Story and A Public Space. He is the recipient of a Lannan Literary Fellowship, a Whiting Writer’s award and an Academy Award in Literature from the American Academy of Arts and Letters.
