Student interior design chapter hosts 'Passport to Your Profession'

The Texas State University-San Marcos student chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers will host the inaugural “Passport to your Profession” event on Feb. 7. 

The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Family and Consumer Sciences building on campus. 

Participants will have the opportunity to learn about a variety of topics concerning interior design students including: networking and interview skills, resume development, business etiquette, and sustainable design. A number of presenters from local organizations and businesses will contribute to the day’s workshops, including Noak-Little Architecture, AMI Design, and Texas State Career Services.
