Date of Release: 03/09/2005

SAN MARCOS — Jack Stamp, DMA, Director of Band Studies and Assistant Chair of the Department of Music at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, will be the inaugural guest of the new ?Visiting Artist Series? concert March 31 at Texas State University-San Marcos.

The program, sponsored by the Texas State Bands, will feature Stamp in a joint concert of the Wind Ensemble and Symphonic Winds at 8 p.m. in Evans Auditorium.
