Lecturer to discuss activist courts

SAN MARCOS, TEXAS — Bruce Frohnen will give a lecture titled “Liberation Jurisprudence: How Activist Courts are Tearing Society Apart” on Monday, Oct. 28, at 7 p.m. in the LBJ Student Center Ballroom at Southwest Texas State University.

Frohnen is a member of the law faculty at Ave Maria School of Law in Ann Arbor, Michigan. His book is titled The New Communitarians and the Crisis of Modern Liberalism and has articles have been published in The American Journal of Jurisprudence, George Washington Law Review and the Washington Times among others.
